The Professional Rescuer serves as an integral part of the SwimRVA team by ensuring safety in and out of all pools. In addition to ensuring safety, the Professional Rescuer will inspect the facility on a daily basis and report any unsafe conditions as well as performing facility maintenance and other operational tasks assigned by the Director of Operations and shift supervisors.

Swim Instructors will be responsible for teaching group, private and semi-private swim lessons to all ages and ability levels creating a fun and inviting learning environment to ensure a positive experience. Qualified candidates will have excellent communication and customer service skills along with the ability to build strong relationships with participants and demonstrate the ability to be punctual and dependable.

The SwimRVA Camp Counselor is a vital part of the SwimRVA team ensuring our campers have fun and stay safe during camp. Our camp team mission is to build campers self-confidence by creating a fun and inviting learning environment to ensure a positive experience.
